Return Policy

1.Return Period Validity

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new conditions.


2.What Is the Return Shipping Fee Policy?

We will cover return shipping fee for the 1st return request of each customer.

Please be kindly noted any further costs for additional returns after the first return guarantee need to be fulfilled by yourself.

3.How to Return an Item?

a). Click on the “Help Center” at the bottom of the homepage.

b). Enter your email address and initiate a new query.

c). Select Return (Product Issue), describe the issue, upload photos which can clarify the issue, and submit the request.

d). Customer service will reply you within 24 hours for the instructions of return.

 4.Terms & Conditions for Returning

1). Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, un-detached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)

2). The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes

3). Products with passwords/locks should be returned unlocked/disabled

4). Products that store personal information should be returned after deleting all personal information. Fairprices will not be responsible in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

5). Products sold as combos/sets cannot be returned individually.

6). Fairprices will not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to Seller or transacted through Fairprices is returned by mistake,the Fairprices will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and shall not responsible for its delivery back to you. You waive any and all claims against Fairprices in this regard.

7). The refund will be rejected if you return a wrong or used product, please double confirm and make sure you return the correct item.

8). Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return while filling the application of return. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

The warehouse field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met or if sent directly to Seller Warehouse by you without our approval for the same, in which case you waive any and all claims against Fairprices.


Important Notice:

  1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that customer service provide even if you are using your own shipping.
  2. Please make sure you don't include non-Fairprices items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  3. Some product cannot be returned when there is no quality problem. (As Products Listed Below)
