1. Refund Policy
a). We will cover return shipping fee for the 1st return request of each customer.
b). Please note the original order’s international shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate Refund?
a). Click on the “Help Center” at the bottom of the homepage.
b). Enter your email address and initiate a new query.
c). Select “Refundissues”,describe your questions, upload photos which can clarify the issue, and submit the request.
d). Customer service will reply you within 24 hours for the update of refund.
3. When can I receivemy refund?
After submitting refund enquiries, Customer service team will confirm with you the refund details. Once the refund amount, beneficiary account is verified, refunds will be initiated. Usually the refunds will take 7-10 business days to your original payment account since initiation.
